This feature of the Callbell CRM module allows you to:
- Allocate conversations unassigned to one or more collaborators
- Unassign a collaborator's conversations
- Reassign a collaborator's conversations to one or more collaborators
⚠️ Be careful, these actions are irreversible and include all chats on all messaging channels connected to Callbell.
To access the feature, you must have access to the "Contact" form and select the following icon.
Let's see how the 3 options work:
Allocate unassigned conversations : This option allows you to distribute all the "unassigned" chats present in Callbell to one or more collaborators. If you opt for a distribution to multiple collaborators, the chats will be equally assigned to the selected collaborators.
Unassign conversations of a collaborator : This option allows you to unassign all conversations of the selected agent. Once this action has been performed, all chats previously assigned to a collaborator will appear as "unassigned" in Callbell.
Reassign a collaborator's conversations to one or more collaborators : This option allows you to reassign all conversations from a collaborator to one or more collaborators. If you opt for a distribution to multiple collaborators, the chats will be equally assigned to the selected collaborators.
