In the search bar you can search by name or phone number.
In the Contacts section of the CRM it is possible to filter the contacts in the following way:
- For Integration: offers the possibility to select and filter the desired channels (Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram).
- By Tag: offers the possibility to filter with one or multiple TAGs.
By conversation owner: allows the ability to select a specific user and view only the conversations assigned to him.
Once you have made your selection, click on “Apply” to execute the filter.
