The Funnel Kanban view gives your team a visual overview of all open opportunities across each stage of your pipeline. Instead of a list, each stage is displayed as a column, making it easy to track progress and move deals forward.

How it works
Each column represents a stage of your funnel. To move a deal to a different stage, simply drag and drop the card to the desired column.
Sales amounts
Each stage and card displays the total amount quoted and sold, powered by your Sales Analytics configuration. This means:
- Each funnel stage shows the total quoted and sold amounts across all cards in that column.
- Each individual card shows the quoted and sold amounts registered for that specific contact.

This gives you a clear picture of the total value of your pipeline at each stage, without having to open each conversation individually.
Filters and search
You can use the search bar to find a contact by name, and apply filters to find the most relevant cards displayed on the board. This makes it easy to focus on specific opportunities of your pipeline without losing the visual overview.
Access levels
What each user can see in the Kanban view depends on their role and chat access settings:

| Admin | All cards across all teams |
| Agent with full chat access | All cards, but only for the teams they have access to |
