The "Custom Fields" feature allows you to collect relevant information to your company within the contact form (e.g., e-mail, clickable links, contact address).
How to create a new custom field:
You can create a new custom field in two ways:
1) From Callbell settings under https://dash.callbell.eu/settings/custom_fields , by clicking on "create custom field."
2) Directly within a contact tab, by clicking on "+".
NB: Creating custom fields is only possible for employees with administrator access.
How to complete a custom field
Once custom fields have been created, they can be completed by agents and admins directly from the contact tab by clicking "edit."
Custom fields can contain clickable links, emails, phone numbers, and any other information needed for your use case.
Once you save the information within a custom field, it will be visible to all Callbell users.
