The Funnel feature allows you to define and customize your sales or customer support funnel and divide your conversations based on the phase they are in. This can be very useful for adapting the management of your Callbell contacts to your business processes and maintaining better control over your contacts.
How to create your funnel:
You will need to access the "Conversation Funnel" section from the settings of your Callbell account, then click on the "Create a funnel" button. Assign a name to the funnel phase (e.g., "First Contact"), an emoji, an order number, and save.
Repeat the steps above to add the other phases to your funnel (e.g., 2. Demo, 3. Follow-up, 4. Closing, etc.).
How to use the funnel in the chat module:
Once the funnel is created, agents will be able to select the phase that best corresponds to a specific contact directly from the chat module. Additionally, once the phase is selected, the emoji corresponding to the funnel phase will appear on the corresponding conversation.
Once your funnel is created, you can use filters to quickly view contacts that are in a specific phase of the funnel:
Edit or delete an existing funnel:
From the "Conversation Funnel" section of your Callbell account settings, you can decide to edit or delete one or more phases of the funnel.
Note: Once this action is performed, the modification or removal of the funnel phase will be applied to all conversations that are in that phase.
