Each team member has the option to report his status as available / unavailable.
To change your status, click on the icon at the bottom left and change your status.
The status of each agent will therefore be visible to the whole team:
Green = Available
Red = Not Available
This feature also allows the whole team to have better visibility on colleagues and to parameterize the automatic assignment based on this variable.
Notes: you can also change your status from the mobile version of Callbell (it is automatically synchronized).
