To start a new WhatsApp conversation starting from the Callbell platform, simply click on the "Send Template Message" icon at the top right of your interface:
Once the icon is clicked, you can enter the phone number you want to contact by entering the international prefix.
Important: to function properly, the WhatsApp integration must be correctly connected to the platform.
We also advise against the "massive" use of this function, which would risk identifying your WhatsApp account as spam.
