How to delete a conversation?

To delete a chat, you'll have to click on the arrow at the right side of the chat and click "delete conversation".

To delete a specific message, you'll have to click on the arrow at the right of the specific message and click "delete message". 

NB:  Only users with Administrator access can perform these two actions.
