Custom Role Permissions
The Plus Plan allows you to create custom roles and permissions, ensuring that team members only have access to the tools and data relevant to their responsibilities. For example, you can create a role to give users access only to the analytics page, but not to the rest of Callbell settings.

Chatbot Integrations
Customers under the Plus Plan can integrate the chatbot with external tools to automate responses and streamline communication workflows.
- Webhook: allows you to integrate your bot with any other system to consult your database, and customize your bot flow.
- Open AI Use artificial intelligence to reply to your contacts, or to customize the flow by adding a prompt to be sent to ChatGPT.
- Google Sheets: This integration gives you the option to insert, update, and select data from Google Sheets. It's very powerful, and doesn't require technical knowledge.
- Google Calendar: This action allows you to automatically creating events in Google Calendar.
Public API Access
If you need to integrate Callbell with your own software, you can get access to our public API to build the integration you need, enabling integration with third-party applications. Our public API allows you to automate actions like:
- Creating contact;
- Sending templates;
- Assigning chat;

Pricing Details
The Plus Plan costs $20 / €18 per agent - a difference of $5 / €4 per agent compared to the Multi agent plan. The pricing per agent is applied to all the agents you have included in your Callbell account plan.
