Each Callbell license is recurring and issued in the form of an auto-renewing subscription. You can cancel or change your subscription at any time by completing the form by clicking on Cancel or change plan below.
Change of plan
You can make changes to your Callbell plan by completing the form by clicking on Cancel or change plan below or by communicating the desired change to our support via WhatsApp, Live Chat or by writing an email to invoicing@callbell.eu.
Any request to change your Callbell plan must be made at least 7 days prior to your license renewal. In this case, the change of plan will be made free of charge by our team.
Cancellation of the plan
You can cancel your Callbell plan by completing the form by clicking on Cancel or change plan below. Once your communication is received, Callbell will not issue any invoices and your account will be deactivated.
Please note: In accordance with our Terms of Use, you will need to send a cancellation notice at least 7 days prior to renewing your license. You will find the renewal date of your Callbell license in your account under Settings> Billing.
Once the payment for the automatic renewal of your license has been processed, it will not be possible to request a refund of the amount paid * but only to request the cancellation ** of the contracted subscription, which will consequently be deactivated on the date of the next renewal.

**Your cancellation will be effective at the end of the prepaid period (when the license period expires), as Callbell does not issue refunds for contracts canceled before the contracted period ends.
