User Groups allow you to mention multiple team members at once in an internal note.
When a group is mentioned, all users included in that group are notified. This helps teams coordinate faster without tagging users individually.
Creating a User Group
- Go to Settings → Groups https://dash.callbell.eu/settings/groups
- Create Group → Enter a group name
- Select the users you want to include and save
Once saved, the group becomes available for mentions in internal notes.
Using a User Group in a conversation
- Open a conversation
- Switch to Internal Note
- Type @ and the group name to open the mention list
- Select the group you want to mention.
For example, typing: @suport will notify all users included in the support group.
