By clicking the button to assign a chat, each collaborator will be able to:
- Move the chat to another team and reassign it to another collaborator by selecting the person who, within the destination team, will follow the conversation with the client
- Move the chat, unassigning the conversation: the chat will be unassigned once transferred to the team of destination.
- Move the chat to another team, without reassigning it to another collaborator or applying other changes: The chat will be moved to the selected team but will remain assigned to the collaborator who previously managed the chat.
