The Sales Analytics feature allows you to register sales and quotes directly in Callbell. This helps you measure team performance, track revenue, and analyze product results from within the platform.
How to Configure Sales Analytics
Before agents can register sales or quotes, you need to configure your products.
- Go to: https://dash.callbell.eu/settings/sales_analytics
- Create your products. For each product, define:
- Name: The product or service name.
- Value: The default price. The value you set will be used as the standard price when agents register a sale or quote. Agents can modify this value before confirming the registration if needed.
- Select the currency you want to use. All totals and analytics reports will reflect this currency.
- (Optional) Configure the automatic funnel movement. You can choose to automatically move a contact to a specific funnel stage when:
- A sale is registered
- A quote is registered
Once these steps are completed, agents will be able to start registering sales and quotes.
How to Register a Sale or Quote
Agents can register a sale or quote directly from the conversation view.
- Click the $ (Register Sale/Quote) icon. In the modal, select:
- Sale or Quote
- The date
- The products and quantities
- Adjust the product value if necessary.
- Add a discount, if applicable.
- Optionally include a note with additional details. Click Register Sale/Quote to confirm.
Once registered, the sale or quote will appear in the contact information panel. Agents can edit or delete the record if needed:
Viewing Sales Analytics
All registered sales and quotes are available in the “Sales” tab within Analytics: https://dash.callbell.eu/analytics/sales.
Here, administrators can view:
- Total number of sales
- Total sales amount
- Total number of quotes
- Total quotes amount
All data can be filtered by date, agent, team, channel, and type (sales or quote).
Performance Tables
The Sales Analytics section includes three comparison tables:
- Agent Performance: Shows the number of sales and total revenue generated by each agent.
- Team Performance: Compares sales results between teams.
- Product Performance: Displays performance data by product, helping identify which products generate the most revenue or sales volume.
Sales & Quotes History and Export
At the bottom of the Sales tab, you will find a complete table with the full history of sales and quotes. This data can be exported for further analysis.
For example, you can export custom fields to analyze which campaigns (such as Click to WhatsApp campaigns) generate the most clients or revenue.
