What's the reason why the links in WhatsApp Messages are not clickable? Whenever a message is sent for the first time to someone who hasn't saved the sender's contact, none of the URLs included in the message is clickable by default.
This is an intentional limitation by WhatsApp in an attempt to curb spam messages on their platform.
A possible workaround is to use the WhatsApp Business API integration with a "Call to Action" template. Thanks to this, it’s possible to insert a button containing a link directly clickable by the user.
