The ZapReply feature allows you to leverage OperAI artificial intelligence to help agents manage responses with customers.
It can be very interesting for these two use cases:
- Help your agents send personalized responses faster.
- Instantly build an international customer service strategy (the system will be able to identify the language of the conversation and generate the response in the same language as the user).
Specifically, the ZapReply integration, once activated, will allow the automatic generation of a response based on the last message received by the user. It works for all our integrations (WhatsApp, Instagram Direct, Telegram, Facebook Messenger).
The agent can continue editing the response before sending it.
