Managing orders on Callbell Shop is very intuitive: log in to the Callbell Shop admin and enter the "Orders" section to view all the orders received.
Here you will have all the information regarding your orders, namely:
- Client's name
- Address
- Phone
- Additional info
- Products ordered
All orders can be marked in:
- New: orders that are still to be managed;
- Delivered: when the order is considered closed;
- Canceled: orders canceled.
By default, orders will be marked as "New" and can subsequently be categorized based on the order management status.
Finally, through the options at the top of the "Orders" section it will be possible to select the management status in order to view the related orders.
