To add a new tag to your Callbell account, you can type the name you want to attribute to the new tag directly from the chat of any contact: once added, the tag will be saved and added to your account and visible to all your collaborators.
From the Settings, in the Tags section, you can decide at any time to add, modify or remove the tags of your account.
Set the tag you prefer using the window that will appear and click on "Save Changes":
