With this feature, it is possible to send the history of a chat to one or more email addresses of your choice: this is useful if, for example, you want to obtain a copy of all the messages exchanged with a specific customer or if you want to send the customer a copy of the message history of the conversation.
To send a chat history:
- Open a chat
- Click on the "Contact Information" icon at the top right of the screen
- Click on "Send Chat Transcript"
- Within the modal you will have already filled in the agent's email; you are free to add up to 5 email addresses at the same time
- Click the "Send" button
