Callbell's platform is divided into two main modules:
1) The chat widget
2) The chat management module
While the chat widget allows you to install a plugin on your website that allows the visitor to choose which messaging channel to use to communicate with your Business, the chat module allows your support or sales team to manage collaboratively chats that come from Facebook Messenger, Telegram and WhatsApp Business (and, as soon as it will be possible also from Instagram Direct)
Once you have created an account, you will have the chance to try all the platform features for 7 days, after which:
1) The chat widget will remain free.
2) The Chat Management module will be blocked and your messaging channels will be disconnected. To upgrade the chat module, you need to contact our support team through our support chat. The cost of the chat module varies based on the number of agents working within the platform and on the integrations made (integrations with Messenger and Telegram are included in any plan while there is a cost to integrate WhatsApp).
