The Custom Link feature allows you to add a personalized link to your Callbell widget. The function allows you to add an icon that can be used to guide your webesite visitors to a specific landing page such as:
- A specific page of your site such as the "Pricing / Rates" section or the "About Us" page
- The "Questions & Answers" section of your site, in case you want to reduce the number of chats regarding frequently asked questions
- An external page, like your company profile on Linkedin or an event on Evenbrite
- The page that leads to the shopping cart / check-out in the case of an ecommerce
- A Google Form / Typeform in case you want to invite the user to fill in a series of information such as, for example, requesting a quote
- Any page representing a conversion, such as a sign up page
The Custom Link feature is only available to Premium widget users. To upgrade, you can click on any icon with the crown inside your dashboard.
The Premium plan costs € 3.50 / month, billed annually. You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending an email to support@callbell.eu.
