To configure the integration between the Callbell widget and Facebook Messenger, you will need to:
- Connect a Facebook page of which you are Admin
- Whitelist* the website where you will be installing the widget
- Make sure the linked page is public and visible
*Whitelisting consists in communicating to Facebook on which website you will install the application
If Messenger is not working properly once the chat widget is installed on your website, we should:
- Check that you are Admin of the page linked to the widget
- Make sure you have correctly whitelisted the website where you installed Callbell.
Tip: Go to your website and copy the URL from the top bar of your browser to make sure you enter the correct URL format. Ex: https://www.callbell.eu. - Make sure your Facebook page is public
