In this guide, we will explain how to reconnect the WhatsApp QR code integration in case the connection between your WhatsApp account and Callbell has been interrupted. This procedure is useful to restore the connection and continue managing your conversations seamlessly on Callbell.
Note: Only users with Admin access can perform this operation.
Steps to restore the connection:
1.Access Settings:
Go to the Settings > Channels section, and then select WhatsApp.
2.Select the channel to reconnect and click “disconnect”:
In the list of channels, locate the one you want to reconnect. Once selected, click “disconnect” from the right-hand side menu.
3.Disconnect the channel:
After disconnecting the channel, all associated conversations will be temporarily archived. Don’t worry: they will be automatically reopened once the integration is restored.
4.Reconnect the integration:
To reconnect, click “Add channel.” Assign a name to the channel (you can use the same previous name or choose a new one), and scan the QR code using the same WhatsApp account you were using before.
5.Restore the conversations:
Once the process is complete, the connection will be restored, and the previously archived conversations will be automatically reopened in the system, maintaining continuity with the original channel.
