This feature allows you to create a reminder within a conversation to be notified at a specific date and time. This feature is very useful, for instance, to not forget any customer follow-up.
To create a reminder, simply open a conversation and click on the 'Add Reminder' icon at the top right. Here, you can select the date and time for the reminder.
You can add a note to the conversation that will appear in the reminder, where you can, for example, mention other team members.
Once the reminder is set, it will close the conversation until the selected time. Additionally, you can filter conversations with an active reminder in the 'All Chats' section under 'Scheduled Chats.'
You can cancel or modify the reminder with the corresponding note at any time after creation by simply clicking on the reminder icon within the conversation.
The conversation will automatically reopen on the reminder date, sending a notification via email and to the notification center.
