To approve a new WhatsApp API template, go to the "Template Messages" section in the Configurations Panel of your account and click on the "Create Template" button. Only users with admin access will be able to access this section.
From here you can independently complete the necessary fields to submit a template for WhatsApp approval. Once approved, the template will be available in the Callbell chat module and broadcast module.
NB: Once you receive approval from WhatsApp, you will need to wait approximately 20 minutes to use the new template in the chat or broadcast module.

- For templates that contain a media file (image or document), you will be asked to upload an example in the form at the time of verification. Once approved, the media to be attached will need to be uploaded at the time of sending from the chat module section. This means that the media can vary from one send to the next (so it doesn't necessarily have to match the example entered at the time of verification). NB: Once available on the platform, in order for the template to be correctly sent, it will be mandatory to attach a media file corresponding to the approved format (image or document) at the time of sending.
- Regarding the template category, we recommend selecting the "Marketing" category if it is a template to be used for sending a broadcast, and selecting "Utility" for all templates to be used in the chat module.
