To activate the Bot, you need to add at least one action. To add a new action, click the "Add action" button and select the desired action from the menu that opens on the right.
There are 3 types of available actions:
- Interaction Actions (in green)
- Contact Actions (in blue)
- Logic Actions (in orange)
By default, the Bot is triggered when a new message is received from a user. For example, to respond to the user with a welcome message as the first interaction, select the "Send Message" action. A configuration panel for the action will open. To add this action, simply enter a text message and click "Save."
After saving, you will be redirected to the Bot editor page, where you can view the newly created action.
